Quality built high performance cruiser from Sweden. Excellent condition, very nice interior, large sail inventory, GPS, B&G sailing monitor, Neco autopilot, hydraulic boom vang and backstay. Current owner very motivated.

Accomodations
The alL wood interior is very well maintained with a teak and holly sole, Forward is V-berth with storage underneath Aft of berths is an area large enough to stand and change very comfortably with the door closed There are eight cabinets, four on each side of this area, and a large escape hatch above Further aft is the main salon with a centerline drop-leaf table, an L-shaped settee to port with a pilot berth above and behind, and a long settee to starboard, also with a pilot berth above, aft of the salon to port is an L-shaped galley and pass-through to the aft cabin. To starboard is a full-sized forward-facing navigation station, with the head behind. Head can be entered from the salon or the aft cabin. Aft cabin has a single berth to port, a double berth to starboard, a small bench seat between, and a large hanging locker.
Galley Equipment
Three burner propane stove and oven, double stainless steel sinks with pressure water and foot pumps for both fresh and salt water. Large top-loading Adler Barbour refrigerator.
Electronics and Navigation Gear
Lower navagatlon station has Micrologic Admiral GPS, icom VHF radio. Heart Interface battery monitor, amp hour meter, Tank Tender level gauge for fuel and water, and a B & G Hercules 190 sailng monitoring system. Cockpit instrumentation includes repeaters for all B & G sailing monitor readouts, wind speed, wind direction, a large binnacle mounted Sunto compass, Neco autopilot, and engine readouts. Stereo with cabin and cockpit speakers.
Sails and Rigging
Sail inventory includes: North Sails gennaker (1995), North Sails #2 roller furling genoa (1995), two North Sails mains (1996 and 1992)and North Sails heavy #1 (1993) Other sails, all made by Sobstad, include a heavy #1, a light #1. #3, #4, a 1.5 oz. spinnaker and a .75 spinnaker. All sails are reported to be in good to excellent condition. Beckman-Masten roller furling, two spinnaker poles. Navtec hydraulic backstay, hydraulic boom vang and two Lawmar 65 three speed winches. Other winches, all Lewmar self-tailing two-speed, are three 48's, two 44's, and two 40's, all accessible from the center cockpit.
Deck and Hull Equipment
Large, flat teak deck provides easy access anywhere on deck. Teak is in good condition. There is a small center cockpit at the companionway entrance and another aft steering cockpit which also seats several people. There is an electric Ideal Windlass forward, a stainless steal side boarding ladder, and a small dodger over the companionway.
