Additional Comments

When the bottom was last painted there were numerous gelcoat blisters about 1/4 inch in diameter, typical of many Catalinas. However, they had not grown any since the first time the bottom was painted by the current owner in 1998. The boat has been in charter with Marina Sailing of Newport Beach for about three years. Although some cosmetic work is needed the boat is solid and priced way under market. With the updated engine and recent mechanical upgrades this boat is a great value.
