"Mistress" is a 41 foot Formosa ketch, built in 1983 and extensively equipped for crusing. Refit in Hawaii in March 1997, she has 5 sails and all new canvas including sail covers, dodger and spray cloths. Autohelm wine vane, CPT autopilot, Raytheon 16 mile radar, 2 GPS's, wind/trolling generator, and a 1500 watt deck mounted generator. A 4 amp solar panel, six man liferaft, 2 ACR 206 EPIRBS, 12 volt windlass with 4 anchors. She is powered by a Perkins 51 hp diesel with 120 amp alternator (1500 hours), Aquamet 22 shaft with 2 props, new Avon "Rover" dingy with 2 outboards and extensive spare parts for everything. She has an all teak interior with brocade cushions, hot and cold pressure water systems, a stainless LPG three burner stove with an oven and broiler, 12 volt engine driven refrigeration systems, Pur. 35 gallon per day watermaker, Kenwood 4400 SSB/ham radio with SGC automatic tuner, Alden weatherfax, VHF radio with hailer, 60 watt stereo system, 12 volt/110 TV/VCR and a head with a separte shower. She is easy to sail, a great liveaboard and a blue water cruiser. She is always ready to cruise anywhere in the world. (Delivery can be arranged.)

Misc sport equipment includes three dive tanks with regulators, weight belts, masks, fins, and snorkels, a kayak, spear gun and fishing pole.
