Description

A well proven world cruiser. The Vagabond 42 features a large center cockpit with a recent dodger and bimini, new Standard VHF with auto distess transmitter, Micrologic GPS (new in 1998), Yaesu Ham/SSB (new in 1998). The bottom was strip peeled and five coats of epozy primer and two coats of barrier were applied in July of 2001. New bottom paint in April of 2003.

Warm interior with hand fitted teak joinery work, completely refurbished teak and holy sole this year. New upholstery. An excellent salon area.

Accommodations

"Shanbry" offers two private staterooms, two heads, plus a settee berth and a berth in the pass-through. The large aft cabin features a large, athwartship double berth with ensuite head and stall shower. There is an amazing amount of storage, drawers and hanging lockers throughout the beautifully teak appointed interior. New brass ships clock and barometer. The galley has a 3 burner propane stove with oven, microwave, hot and cold pressure water system, double stainless sinks, a new water cooled offshore refrigeration system with holding plates.
