Description
This Catalina 30 is outfitted and ready to go sailing or cruising to the Islands. She is in excellent condition. Built in the late 1984 but a 1985 model. She has a recently installed Garmin GPS chartplotter, Furuno radar, new cockpit cushions, new dodger and exterior canvas for the mainsail and weather privacy cloths for the cockpit. The 3 cylinder Universal diesel had a recent overhaul, new pressure water system for the galley with hotwater tank. All the exterior teak was recently varnished. She is turnkey and ready to sail.

Accommodations and Layout
Accommondations for seven, five comfortably - Two in the forward V-berth, two in the aft quarter berth, two on the convertible dinette and one on the starboard settee.
Entering from the companionway, the U-shaped galley is to port and the Nav Station is to starboard, aft of the Nav Station is the aft double quarter berth, forward to starboard is the settee and directly across the L-shaped dinette area, table can be bulkhead mounted, thus providing a comfortable below deck seating area. The headroom area is 6'2". Forward of the bulkhead, the enclosed electric head is to port and hanging locker plus drawers are to starboard. Forward is the double V-berth area.
