This is the classic Catalina 36 with a large vee berth forward and the athwartship cabin aft. In between are the galley, nav station, dinette and game / coffee table. There is also a large hanging locker and an abundance of storage. The teak and holly sole and warm wood cabinetry add to a cozy feel below. The upholstery has been upgraded from original. You can honestly sleep 7 on the Catalina 36, and the main cabin is open and inviting.

Athena is set up for minimal crew or to singlehand. All control lines are led aft to the cockpit and the autopilot can hold a course while the sails are being trimmed. A deck locker stores the anchor, chain and rode. A dodger keeps the cockpit dry.
