Accommodations and Layout
Sleeps up to six. There is a V-berth forward and a single quarterberth aft. To starboard is a settee and to port is a U-shaped dinette which converts into a double berth.
Forward and to port is an enclosed head with shower, aft and to port at the bottom of the companionway is the galley. Across from the galley to starboard is a forward-facing navigation station.
Headroom is six foot plus. Headliner is in good condition and there are two large overhead hatches. Needs some interior woodwork.

Engine and Mechanical
Two cylinder 16 horsepower Universal diesel engine. The engine has been well maintained with regular oil changes and service for many years. New head gasket a few years ago. The hour meter was replaced 120 hours ago, actual engine hours are unknown. Besides the usual engine access under the companionway there is additional access through the cockpit floor, a very nice feature.
