Accommodations
Down three steps and forward is a second salon/galley/dining area. The galley is to port. A counter with sinks extends from forward to aft near the centerline creating a wraparound galley but still leaving plenty of room for the settee and table to starboard. On the aft port side extending under the pilothouse is a workshop with a large workbench. (This is a significant improvement - the area was originally designed as a crew's quarters). The workbench has a vice, drill press and lots of storage. The workroom also provides easy access to the engine room.
Forward of the lower salon is a head with a stall shower and vanity, and the forward cabin which has a queen pullman to port and a seat, dressing table and vanity and hanging lockers to starboard.
The owners cabin is aft with a large centerline walkaround double berth. There is also a large curved settee further aft, hanging lockers to port and starboard, and a private head with a stall shower and a bathtub (another unusual feature on this boat).
The entire interior is done in teak with marble countertops and brass appointments. There is an incredible amount of storage throughout the boat. A major upgrade is the 16,000 BTU custom AquaAire forced air, three zone air conditioning and heating system. There is a screen kit for the ports and headroom in the salon and much of the rest of the boat is 6' 6". Just two examples of the care and thoroughness of the current owner are the interior lights which have been changed to halogen and which now have dimmer switches and the fact that all the storage compartments have been lined with dry deck material.

Deck and Hull
Besides the inside steering station there is a wheel in the aft cockpit. A platform has been added which wraps around the stern and effectively adds three feet to the cockpit, making an area which was somewhat cramped into a very comfortable seating area. The pilothouse has teak decking on top, which is unique, but a very sensible safety precaution considering how often people climb on the cabin top. The bottom paint was last done a couple of years ago and the bottom was reported to be in excellent condition at that time.
The anchor chain is normally carried in a storage area at the bottom of the boat, but there is also a large chain locker in the forepeak for temporary storage when anchoring, as well as a separate large sail locker. There are new weather cloths with leather trim, canvas covers for everything, and hanging canvas storage bags for lines, etc. all around the exterior.

Sayes autopilot wind vane on transom.
