Construction
Built by Don Radon in Goleta, California in 1984. Like all Radon boats Caitlin was built to be stable in a seaway with a planing hull that gives you cruising speed of 20 knots(3000rpm) with only an 8 gal/hr fuel consumption. There are flotation tanks (moulded in) forward under the berths. The Pilothouse was built by Radon and added in 1999. It has a solid sliding door to keep the elements out and keep you warm coming home.
The bottom has been painted with antifouling paint

Broker's Comments
I have been aboard this boat underway and found her to be in excellent running condition. She cruises as described at 20 knts with the flow scan meter showing 8gals/hr. "Caitlin" shows great pride of ownership and has been maintained and upgraded in proper yacht fashion by her one and only owner who is reluctantly selling the boat as he has moved up to a larger power boat (to maintain marital harmony). The boat spends six months out of the water every year on it's trailer (covered). It is no understatement to say that this boat is truly "Island Ready". I am proud to represent this boat for sale.
