Accommodations and Layout

Accommondations for seven, five comfortably - Two in the forward V-berth, two in the aft quarter berth, two on the convertible dinette and one on the starboard settee.

Entering from the companionway, the U-shaped galley is to port and the Nav Station is to starboard, aft of the Nav Station is the aft double quarter berth, forward to starboard is the settee and directly across the L-shaped dinette area, table can be bulkhead mounted, thus providing a comfortable below deck seating area. The headroom area is 6' 2". Forward of the bulkhead, the enclosed head with shower is to port and hanging locker plus drawers are to starboard. Forward is the double V-berth area.

The upholstery and the interior are in very good condition. The galley includes adler-Barbour refrigeration, a two burner CNG stove with oven, and hot and cold pressurized water.

Sails and Rigging

Sloop rigged with deck stepped single spreader aluminum mast. Roller furling, adjustable backstay, spinnaker and whisker poles, two spinnaker halyards. Four Lewmar self-tailing winches. All lines are run aft. The boat has a good sail inventory including:
  • Main with jiffy reefing (2 points)
  • Four year old 135 Ullman genoa on furler
  • 150 Mylar geneoa (well used)
  • Original dacron job (may have never been taken out of the bag)
  • 1 1/2 oz chicken chute
  • 1/2 oz symmetrical spinnaker
  • 1/2 oz gennaker

Deck and Hull

Fin keel and spade rudder. Wheel steering.

Lots of good canvas including the dodger with stainless steel grab rails, a sunshade. full cockpit lifeline curtains, wheel cover, deck cover, handrail covers and a deck deck cover cut to be used when the dodger is off.

Engine and Mechanical

21 hp three cylinder Universal M25 diesel engine with Martek folding prop.

Other features include cockpit cushions, folding teak cockpit table/drink holders, holding tank and macerator, a 22 pound Bruce primary anchor with about 40 feet of chain and 200 feet of rode, a secondary Danforth with about 20 feet of chain and 150 feet of rode, an outboard motor mount and outboard motor hoist.
