Description

Extremely popular hard-to-find model with aft private stateroom and forward "pullman" double berth/cabin and head. Great layout with lots of room for a 33 foot boat. (The last time we listed a HC 33 it was gone in a few days.) This is a gorgeous boat which has been beautifully maintained. Reverse cycle air conditioning reconditioned in October of 1998, Yanmar diesel, new batteries, and Autohelm 4000 autopilot, new upholstery. The all new burgundy sail covers, hatch covers, dodger, etc are not shown in the main photo.

Accomodations

Beautiful well-planned interior for cruising and live-aboard. Sleeps 5, 2 in Pullman cabin, 2 aft cabin, and 1 onsettee. From the cockpit going forward - Down the companionway into the galley to port. The companionwayhas storage under each step and comes apart into two pieces for ease of access to the engine compartment. Tostarboard is a double berth with 3 shelves and 1 hanging locker separated by a beautiful teak door. The L-shapeddinette is forward of the galley and to port with storage underneath. Above the dinette is a beautiful double hatchwhich allows for light and ventilation. To starboard is a settee which converts to singe berth. Forward end ofsettee is a Nav station/chart table where the master panel is also located. Under the chart table is a storagelocker. Forward of the dinette to port is a queen size Pullman berth with 2 storage lockers and 4 drawers under. At the foot of the Pullman berth is a book and TV shelf. Across from the Pullman berth to starboard are 2 largedouble hanging lockers. Forward through a beautiful teak door is the athwartships head. To port is a step intostand up or sit down tile shower with teak seat. To stbd is the sink with marble counter top and toiletry cabinetbehind. The toilet is forward in the center with a hanging locker to port. Further forward is a large anchor locker. Cruise-Air reverse cycle air conditioning system totally reconditioned in October of 1998.

Galley Equipment

The galley is to port with 5 drawers and large dry storage. Galley has double sink with hot/cold pressure waterand cold manual water pump. There are 2 dry storage cabinets under sink. Force 10 LPG stove and oven, AdlerBarbour refrigeration with freezer that is top and side loading for the ease of stowing and retrieving food.

Electronics and Navigation Gear

Engine gauges - oil pressure, water temp, RPM. Stowe electronics - log meter, depth sounder and wind.Standard VHF, Ray-Nav 550 Loran, GPS, Autohelm 6000 autopilot, stereo 2 salon and 2 cockpit speakers, compassat helm.

Electrical System

12 volt DC; 110 volt AC; New batteries in June 98, battery charger, shorepower cord.

Sails and Rigging

The sails are burgundy and they contrast well with the off-white exterior. There is a mainsail, club foot staysail,and Harken roller furling headsail. 2 #27 Barient 2 speed self-tailing winches, 2 #17 Barient 2 speed self-tailingwinches.

Deck and Hull Equipment

The deck is teak and has been well maintained. All of the teak besides the deck has been recently varnished July98. The hull and cabin trunk are an off white and look brand new. There are screens for the hatches. 6 stainlesssteel dorades. Leaning posts at mast with belaying pins Boom gallows. 2 anchors - bow: CQR 30lbs with rodeand chain, stern: Danforth 25lbs with rode and chain. Cockpit table.
