Accommodations
It sleeps 6. Forward is a vee berth with a cushion insert. Aft to port is the head with a sink(storage under) and a built in shower. To starboard is a hanging locker. The dinette comfortably seats 4 and converts to a double. The settee to starboard makes a comfortable pilot berth. Aft to starboard is the galley with a 3 burner Princess stove, plenty of counter space and a large icebox. To port is the navigation station angled slightly to allow easy access to the quarterberth directly aft .
Mechanical
Wheel steering, bilge pump, engine 120/110 volt hot water heater. Fresh water cooled Yanmar 3GM 24 HP diesel engine with approximately 450 hrs on it. New 14"x 14" 3 blade prop. The boat burns 0.46 gal/hr at a cruising speed of 6.5-7 knots

Sails/Rigging
New aluminum mast,new standing rigging and new Harken Roller Furler(1998).Deck stowed spinnaker pole and reaching strut. New running rigging (2000). Brand new (never used) spinnaker, brand new 110 jib and 155 genoa. Main is in good condition and 135 genoa is in fair condition and refit/restitched with new Sunbrella covers added to leech and foot (2003). New Sunbrella sail covers (2002)
Deck
2 Danforth anchors with 65' of 3/8 chain and 250' anchor rode. Self tailing winches, 3 large lazarette hatches in the cockpit and a flush deck hatch in the cockpit sole for additional easy access to the engine. All of the ports have been replaced with new Bomar (2001) opening ports. The cockpit has a folding varnished teak table attached to the binnacle. New propane tank (2002) w/built in locker.
Hull
In 8/99 the hull was completely stripped of old bottom paint down to the gelcoat which was found to be totally blister free. Two (2) coats of epoxy barrier paint and three (3) coats of epoxy bottom paint were applied. The new propellor was installed as well. The owner regularly cleans the underside of the hull himself and maintains/replaces all zincs as needed.
