Description

                               MOTIVATED SELLER!!!!!!

The vessel is a J/41 sailboat designed and constructed as a cruiser / racer that is constructed of molded fiberglass reinforced plastic of varying thickness and core. The Hull to deck seam is formed by an overlapping, bonding, sealing and fiber-glassing of the deck to hull. Below deck layout - Forward cabin with chain locker access, large v-type berth with storage under as well as ventilation, hanging and drawer storage. The head is to port and equipped with a toilet, sink and shower arrangement. To starboard is hanging locker / storage areas. Equipped with newer dodger, newer Leisure Furl In Boom furling system. This furling system is a very expensive system and on record, more than 3,000 of these systems, according to owners, have performed exceptionally well on documented ocean passages all over the world, in all sorts of weather. Offers a highly efficient, safe and simple method of reefing and controlling the main sail. All lines come to cockpit. Lots of deck space to work with, plenty of room to add Solar, a dinghy and much more of your own customizations! The interior, as you can see from the pictures, is in fair condition. This is not a 'cheap boat,' Owner needs out, and this is simply an awesome opportunity for someone to get a Great sailing yacht! Of course she will need some work. A survey will reveal everything needed and suggested, in order of priority.

The age of the standing rigging is not known - Although the rigging appears to be in great condition, we always recommend an inspection be done of any used boat purchase.

Aluminum keel stepped mast, (3) spreaders.

Standing rigging is stainless steel rod rigging and the running rigging is line. Standing rigging end fittings are cold head type on the rod. Turnbuckles are open body type and toggled. Also provided is a traveler system, hydraulic adjusting manifold backstay system, boom vang and spinnaker pole.
