Entering the main salon there is a custom L-shaped sectional sofa to port. To starboard is an overstuffed swival lounge chair and the entertainment center in an enclosed wooden cabinet which includes a satellite TV, DVD and surround sound system. There is also a built-in am/fm radio and tape player. Head room is about 6' 3".

Forward and down three steps is the galley and dinette. The dinette is to port and can be converted into a double berth. The galley to starboard has an upright refrigerator/freezer which was new in 2000, a double stainless steel sink with new faucets, a three burner electric/alcohol and a large built-in microwave.

The aft cabin has a walk-around queen, a very large hanging locker, a built-in TV, and a good-sized dresser/vanity with good storage. Sliding windows to port and aft provide plenty of ventilation. The large head to starboard has a bath tub and electric head.

The forward cabin has an offset double berth with storage underneath, a vanity with storage and a sink, a full-length hanging locker, and an enclosed head with a shower and electric toilet. Two opening ports and an overhead hatch with screens provide ventilation and light.

The water heater is a 20 gallon stainless heater which is about 4 years old. You will never run out of hot water! The head plumbing, hoses, pumps and macerators were all replaced about three years ago.

  NOTE: The batteries are AGM-gel type, which is an upgraded battery the military uses. They were new in 2001 so they should have a lot of life left in them.

A $12,000 epoxy bottom was applied in early 2000. Last bottom paint was in September of 2001. The owner has always had the topsides polished every quarter and does the hull at least once a year.

Both the aft deck and flybridge are completely enclosed with canvas and eisenglass, all in excellent condition. The aft deck has a custom hardtop built in 1995. It is extremely stong and solid, made with double layers of fiberglass sandwiching a thick, honeycomb core. A wonderful custom console has been made for the flybrige which really improves the appearance and functionality at the helm. The flybridge also has two captain's chairs, a custom L-shaped bench seat, exterior speakers mounted in the radar arch, and an icemaker.

Other features include a Weaver dinghy davit system for the dinghy and a mount for outboard engine on the swimstep.

The owners have meticulously maintained the engine and always run the boat at 3200 rpm or less.

Other features include a Fire Boy automatic fire extinguishing system and stainless steel exhausts, gas vapor detectors and an electric windlass. Service records are available. The risers were new in 2001.

Includes a two and a half year old hard bottom inflatable in like-new condition, a 8 hp Evinrude outboard engine with a custom mount on the swimstep.

It is expected that the slip can be taken over with the boat. The slip is one of the most desirable slips in Newport Beach.
