Additional
This vessel is beautiful and has been maintained with pride of ownership. The hull is all hand-laid single-layer construction, with an extra thick deck and hull lamination schedule. The entire deck, cabin top and topsides are all reinforced with philippine mahogany marine plywood sandwich material. The hull is separated for the interior linging by a one inch dead air space to provide for extra insulation and prevents condensation from forming thus eliminating mildew. The interior is a complimentary blend of white padded vinyl overheads, white fiberglass head and galley and the joiner work and bulkheads are hand selected Burmese teak. All cushions are upholstered in soft burgundy nap velour. The deck throughout the salon, galley, head and stateroom is a highly polished teak and holly. This is an exceptional offshore cruising yacht in excellent condition and sincerely a pleasure to view.
