1986 Hunter 45

This 1986 Hunter 45  is an aft cockpit-sloop rig-great sailing boat. Principia II has not seen a lot of use this past year because of health issues so she needs some TLC but owner had her hull & deck detailed and waxed, wood touch up inside and detailed. Still more could be done and that is why the price is low. She has nice equipment and would make a great live a board. I moved her to Yacht Haven(9/3/2014) and slip is $11.00 a foot. Slip can go with the boat. Act quick-at this price she will go fast. Asking price just lowered.
