Description
The Ocean Alexander 50 Mark ll is an updated version that is sleeker and less trawler looking than the original. She has good walk-around access, a clear view around the boat from the upper helm, and a solid feel underway. Recently installed or re-done are: Enclosed Flybridge with LED Lighting, Bottom Paint, Underwater Lighting, Trim Tabs, Water-Maker, Charger/Inverter, Custom stainless arch...the list goes on. She would make a great LiveAboard as well as comfortable cruiser.
Vessel Walk-Through
Through Transom Door and into the cockpit with access to Flybridge and into very warm Salon. Galley is forward in this area with steps up to the Pilothouse, with the Lower Helm and Pilot Berth with Table. Up to the spacious Flybridge with Upper Helm and a commanding view all around the boat. Back through the Pilothouse and down to the sleeping areas, with both a Double to Stbd and Over/Under Bunks to Port Amid-ship, with a Head shared in the Hallway. Fwd to the Master with a Walk-around Queen, ample Storage and an Ensuite head with stall shower. Heads are Vacu-flush and the counter-tops are granite. Bosch stacking Washer & Dryer recently replaced.

There's quite a bit of storage space in the engine room. There are racks and cabinets, even a small workbench. This space is very well-kept and clean. You can access much of the engines without taking up main salon hatches.
