Accommodations
Beautiful varnished Teak gives this interior a very light and airy elegance. Starting forward is a full width v-berth stateroom including hanging locker and vanity with sink. moving aft to the main cabin is a full length settee to port and two comfortable single settees to starboard separated by an entertainment console, central is a drop leaf table serving both seating areas. Further aft and to port is a good sized L-shaped galley and opposite is the nav-station. Aft of the navigation area is a full sized head and shower and secondary access to the aft stateroom. Central in the aft stateroom is a queen size berth with two hanging lockers and generous storage outboard with two additional opening ports for good ventilation
Galley
A 2 burner gimbaled Gas-systems CNG stove with broiler and sea rails, newly rebuilt Adler-Barbour refrigeration and freezer, Kenmore microwave, double S/S sinks with hot and cold pressure water.
Electronics
Autohelm 3000 autopilot (installation needs completion), Striker VHF radio, Stowe digital depth, knot/Log, RCA AC/DC color TV/VCR (built-in), AM/FM stereo cassette with interior & cockpit stereo speakers.

Aluminum spar stepped on deck, new spinnaker car, track, pole and all related fittings, stainless wire standing rigging, all new halyards and sheets in 99, newer 110% roller furling jib on a rebuilt(99) Hood roller furling system, 170% jib very good condition, North main with 2 reef points also very good condition, new lazy jacks in 99, 4 self-tailing Lewmar winches, 2 new Anderson 2-speed winches, mainsheet traveler ; manual boom-vang.
Deck and Hull
22S Danforth anchor w/25' chain & 300' 5/8" rode, 10kg Bruce anchor w/25' chain & 250' 5/8" rode, New cutlass bearing and prop rebalance in 99, New bottom paint in 99, bow pulpit with rails ; side stanchions with double lifelines ; cockpit seat lockers ; fiberglass deck ; fenders and lines ; life jackets ; navigation lights ; speader lights ; attached SS swim ladder ; hull color is white ; Navy blue canvas covers for steering wheel/pedestal, winches and new main sail cover with new lazy jack system.
Engine and Mechanical
Edson wheel steering, completely re-conditioned in 1999, 3- new automatic sump and bilge pumps, all new thru-hulls and valves in 99, manual head completely rebuilt in 99, holding tank. Engine details - New cutlass bearing and balanced prop (2000), engine alignment (2000). Fresh water cooling system serviced in 2000, new fuel filters, oil change and general engine service. New fire extinguishers.
Comments
This vessel is very clean and has received many upgrades in 1999/2000 She has been very well maintained by her owners. In 1999 she received a new bottom job, sheer and waterline stripes were also repainted, all new spinnaker gear with 2 new Anderson winches in cockpit, all new halyards and sheets. Deck portlights were replaced in 2000 and major upgrades to the electrical system including new batteries and charger, additional upgrades were made to the plumbing and fridge systems.
