Description

This vessel shows a very high standard of care and maintenance and has had many recent upgrades such as, Harken roller furling, Navico 5000 auto pilot, cockpit bimini, Lifesling MOB system and new bottom paint in 8/98. The layout features a queen size aft berth, aft head w/shower and a wrap-around dinette with center table (see photos.) With 6'1" head room the Pearson 27 has more comfort and living space than any other vessel of its size. A fantastic family cruiser in excellent condition.

Accomodations

This amazing layout has a separate aft cabin with a door, hanging locker and double berth. The main salon has galley to port. To starboard is a navigation station, a hanging locker, and a good sized head with plenty of counter space and a shower. Forward where the v-berth typically is, there is a large table with seating on three sides, which really opens up the interior of the boat. At night the table drops and the area can be made into a conventional v-berth.

Galley Equipment

Two burner Origo 4000 alcohol stove, stainless steel sink with hot and cold pressure water system. Large ice box.

Electronics and Navigation Gear

Navico HP 5000 autopilot, Apelco DXL6350, Loran C, Searanger 6000 VHF, AM/FM cassette stereo, Signet Scientific MU172 depthfinder with alarm, Signet knotmeter, SR Mariner apparent wind/wind speed indicator, Ritchie compass, windex. Boston Brass ship's clock and barometer.

Electrical System

Two battery banks, parallel switch, Mainco 30 amp shore power cord.

Sails and Rigging

Sloop rigged with deck stepped mast, Harken roller furling was replaced in 1997, self-tailing winches, internal halyards, whisker pole.

Deck and Hull Equipment

The 12 hp Universal diesel was serviced in January of 1999, new belts and hoses, fuel gauge, lifesling, swim ladder, anchor and rode. Painted in August of 1998, teak cockpit table, cockpit bimini.

Additional Equipment

This is a clean boat with diesel and roller furling, and it has a lot of space for a 27 foot boat.
