Description
This boat was recently taken to a Newport Beach boatyard and the yard was told make this boat like new, and it was in great condition to begin with and already had many recent enhancements and improvements. When she was built she was used as the flagship for this model by President Yachts and shown at boat shows, so a lot of extras were incorporated into her such as teak decks, extra ports and all the other available options. This is an exceptional vessel and has been professionally maintained.

Accommodations
The forward stateroom has larger upper and lower newly upholstered bunks along the starboard with easy access to the chain locker. There is an overhead hatch to the foredeck plus side ports for good ventilation, a hanging locker to starboard and a luggage locker to port. There is plenty of storage for included fitted bedding below lower bunk. On the port side is a private entry to the enclosed head with shower, vacuflush head and basin. Going aft through the folding teak doors there is a convertible bed / dinette on the port side and the galley to starboard. The dinette features custom upholstery with matching porthole cushion plus plentiful storage beneath the seats.
Further aft and up three steps is the spacious salon with the lower steering station to starboard. The salon is comfortable, light and airy with an L-shaped couch to port with matching chair to starboard, beatuiful teak throughout, blinds and direct and indirect lighting
Moving further aft and down three steps is the goergeous aft stateroom which features premium teak walls and floor, and with two large opening windows on each side of the centerline berth with a real mattress. Lifting the bed gives easy access to a massive miscellaneus storage area. There is a spacious hanging locker to port and drawers surrounding the perimeter of the room. Private entry on the starboard side of stateroom to a full bath with separate stall shower and vacuflush electric head.
