Accommodations
Lovely, warm teak interior with teak battens on the hull sides, Emerald Green cushions throughout, butterfly hatch in main salon, hatch overhead and all bronze opening ports and brass lighting throughout for a true yachty feel. Forward Head with large counter surfaces, stainless steel washbasin, bronze mixer faucet, manual marine head, large seperate shower stall located to port, dorade vent provides ventilation, double AC power, overhead dome light, and solid teak door with louvered lower panel. The forward cabin is teak staved throughout. 6 drawers are fitted under the berth, and louvered doors to lockers fwd and aft of the drawers. The compartment is fitted with two overhead dome lights, 2 brass reading lights, 2 bronze opening ports make this the best place to relax and sleep. The salon has an L-shaped dinette to port, and a settee to starboard. Stowage is provided under the settees. The area is fitted with two overhead dome lights, AC outlet, two bronze opening ports, and a large skylight overhead provides ventilation. The Navigation station is located to starboard, at the forward end of the salon. Navigation station faces forward and utilises the forward end of the settee for seating. The chart table is large and functionable. The main electrical panel is located above chart table. A bronze opening port is above the nav. station. The galley is located to port and is fitted with deep stainless double sink facing forward. A bronze mixer faucet provides water, in addition two bronze hand pumps are fitted, one providing salt water, the other one fresh water from the vessels tanks. Teak cutting boards are supplied for the sink. Stowage is provided by way of drawers and lockers. The ice box is insulated with 4" of foam and are accessed via lift tops and an opening side door. The fgimbaled stove is a Force 10 two burner with oven, The area is fitted with a overhead dome light, two bronze opening ports, and a doraqde vent provides ventilation to the area. |

Companionway steps, with storage drawers, are removable for excellent engine access. Yanmar 3 cylinder, 33 hp diesel- model 3QM30FG. Fresh water-cooled.
Engine has been maintained by the book and all maintance items are up to date. Hurth transmission with 3:1 reduction ratio, 1 1/4? prop shaft with three-blade prop- 20? diameter. 16? pitch. Fiberglass drip pan under engine. Raycor primary and Yanmar secondary fuel filters.
Dripless Shaft was recently installed.
