She has been well maintained inside and out. She has a good inventory, see the attached specifications.

The engine is located below the cockpit ladder and between the head and port entry to master cabin.

The head is provided with a marine toilet, lavatory and shower with hot and cold pressure water.

The interior is lined in teak. Teak veneer and trim are used liberally along the interior hull sides. The cabin sole is teak and holly. Interior accommodations are professionally finished. The interior is very clean and with tasteful upholstery.

• The mast and boom are constructed of black extruded aluminum. The mast is deck stepped, double spreader rigged and supported by compression posting and transverse supports. Standing rigging professionally tuned in August 2002. Moved up to be a winner.
