Description
Styled after the classic lobster boats of Maine, the Alura 35 is an open sportfishing boat with a roomy cockpit and comfortable cruising accomodations. She rides on a conventional modified-V hull with a wide beam and a shallow keel for increased directional stability and a "sea-kindly" capability. There is a lot of fishing room in her spacious cockpit, and the midcabin interior sleeps four with a fair degree of privacy. The galley is complete with an electric/alchohol stove, pressure hot and cold water, Corian counters and AC/DC refrigerator. The enclosed head includes a sink and shower, and vanity storage. Teak-and-holly cabin sole adds a touch of luxury, and cabin headroom is about 6 feet, 4 inches.
The 35's large bi-level cockpit is deep and well suited to the demands of anglers as well as weekend cruisers. Centered in the cockpit is a double bait-tank. A tackle center and sink is in and behind the helm seat. Wide side decks offer easy access to the foredeck. With twin PleasureCraft 270hp gas engines, the Alura 35 cruises around 15 knots with a top speed of 25-26 knots.

Walk Through
As you enter the boat, you will find a very open Cockpit area that is perfect for fishing or perfect for fishing or lounging. In the cockpit there ios a Bait Tank and two Deck Fish Boxes. The helm is set up with a Raymarine C-125 multifunction display in a secured Navpod. The MFD includes GPS chart plotter, fish finder/sounder, and radar.
The dinghy is electric winch assisted swim-step loaded, with swing in outboard mount on the dinghy's transom. Fishing out-riggers are mounted on the fixed radar arch, as are an array of rocket launchers.
Entering the cabin, Teak and Holly floors add a touch of yachty class. A convertible dinette/V-berth is forward, galley to starboard, and enclosed head/shower to port. Aft to port is a private double stateroom.
Accommodations
Amidship is a private stateroom for two, hanging locker and under berth storage.
Forward is a convertible dinette/double V-berth. And access to the chain-locker. Over-head is a hatch to the fore-deck.
