Description

Wow is all I can say!

The seller bought this boat about 2 years ago and went thru all the systems. New fuel tanks, new hoses, new wiring where needed, re condition many of the systems, Heat and Air, water pumps... just about everything on the boat. He did all the big items and best yet the owner who he bought it from had sent the engines out to American Diesel and rebuilt both main Ford Leman diesels. Everything done below looks fantastic.

They were building it to keep it.

Plans changed and they had to move to Utah. It pains him to sell but he wont be returning to CA for a while so he decided to sell. He still comes out once a month to maintain it.

If you are looking for a fantastic 3 cabin boat with a large master and two nice fwd cabins with a jack and jill fwd head which is ready to go, DO NOT MISS THIS BOAT!!! You will pay more than its counterparts but if you are a serious boater you will understand why. He knows he will not get the additional 170K (he has receipts) he put into it after he purchased but he's not given it away either.

Boat shows very nice and by far is the best layout i have seen to date on a 46 foot ACMY.

New photos soon!
