Accommodations
POSSIBLE TRANSFERABLE NEWPORT BEACH SLIP.
The Owners' Stateroom is mid-ship to starboard with an island berth, plenty of hanging storage, TV and a private head with shower. All the way forward is a bunk berth for two-to-three, with good storage (washer/dryer is located in this compartment). Just aft and to port is full head and shower and just aft of that is another berth (bunks for two). The layout provides plenty of space in each stateroom for privacy while sleeping/dressing. There is very good head room and passages are wide. Plenty of ventilation, plus there is A/C and heat.

The salon has gone through a complete refit. Oversize, "U" shape sofa is perfect for conversation or lounging. The sofa has cushioned and upholstered stools that roll into place to create a very large sleeping/lounging area. Mini-blinds give privacy or wide-open views, carpeting provides a quiet and warm feel and satin-finish wood paneling finishes the look and feel of luxury Sedan.
Like the Salon, the galley has been completely refit. It has with granite counters, S/S sink, new appliances and apppointments that provide that updated look and feel. This galley is larger than most and it is "up" so the ship's cook or bartender need not be away from conversation or guests.

Fishing
Huge, uncluttered cockpit (140sf est.), full coaming, transom door and excellent passage to/from the bow with S/S safety rails and hand-holds. The in-cockpit bait system is very good size (3-4 scoop) and is located next to the salon bulkhead. Tournament fighting chair for record-class fishing (removable for light and medium tackle angling). Down controls in the cockpit, a freezer (or refer) and engine room access completes the "serious fishing" layout.
