Just steps from our office this late model Ericson is a must see!!! Beautifully maintained inside and out this performance cruiser has an aft cabin, a fully battened main, two jibs and a spinnaker, dodger and splash canvas and roller furling. Hull was epoxied and Vinylestered in 96.

Sleeps six. Starting forward and moving aft is the V-berth, followed by the main salon with a single berth on the port and starboard side, next and to port is the galley and to starboard the enclosed head with shower, followed by the aft stateroom with a double berth.

Upholstery is in excellent condition, there is a beautiful teak and holly sole, and there is lots of warm interior wood. There is a large table available for the salon which is not currently on the boat.

The galley is to port with Hillerange 2 burner gas stove/oven, a huge top loading refrigerator underneath the chart table, double stainless steel sink, ample counter space and storage, manual/pressurized hot and cold water.

Standard explorer II VHF, Autohelm 3000 autopilot, Datamarine speed/distance/depth, 4" Ritchie compass, Alpine cassette player and CD changer w/2 cockpit and 2 cabin speakers.

12VDC /110AC (2) deep cycle gel cell batteries, battery selector switch, Truecharge20+ battery charger, shore power cord.

Ground tackle includes, 33# CQR w/2 additional anchors, 250' rode and 50' chain, dodger, splash canvas, safety netting, transom ladder. Hull was epoxied and vinylestered in 96, bottom paint in Nov. 2000.

Sail inventory includes a near new fully battened main in very good condition, % & 110% jibs, spinnaker, roller furling, lazy jacks, all lines lead aft.

Powered by a Universal 25 diesel w/low hours, fresh water cooled, electric & manual bilge pumps, gas detector.

Complete and up to date coast guard safety package, horseshoe life ring, sail cover.
