“First Sight”
1989 Pace Sportfisher
Specifications
Description
The legendary 40' Pace carries on the Egg Harbor tradition with an improved interior and more spacious salon. The classic Jersey-Style Sportfisherman is timeless even by today's standards. The profile does not come any better than this. Truly a beautiful build with excellent sea keeping abilities. Credit to her modified-V and relatively wide 14' beam - the 40' Pace was destined to be a life long hit with the serious offshore crowd. A real sportfisher with a luxurious teak interior. Two staterooms, head with stall shower, galley up, comfortable salon, built-in tackle center, cockpit controls, 10' Avon inflatable dinghy and Brower crane on the bow.
Accommodations
In keeping with the Egg Harbor heritage the pace has a well appointed teak interior. The owners cabin is forward and has a center double berth. Moving aft, the guest cabin is located to port and has upper and lower criss cross berths. There is one head which is to starboard and has a stall shower. Moving up to the galley and salon area there is sofa fold out bed to port, and two large wicker chairs to starboard.
Galley The galley is well laid out and much like the Egg Harbor. It is forward to port and blends in nicely with the salon space.
