Accommodations and Layout

Unique two cabin, two head layout with upper and lower steering stations. The headroom is about 6' 3". The upholstery and drapes are in excellent conditon, the upholstery has been redone in faux leather and the boat has three built-in cabin heaters.

Entering the salon from the cockpit there is a very large U-shaped dinette with table to port. The dinette is lightly raised to provide great visibility outside while seated. To starboard and aft is an L-shaped cabinet with storage, a wet bar/sink, and a built-in icemaker. Forward and starboard is the lower helm. Large windows on all four sides provide plenty of light and visibility.

Moving forward and down three steps is the starboard side galley. Although it is separate from the salon and forward of the lower helm it is very open and the cook will not feel isolated from the activity in the salon. Across from the galley is the guest stateroom with over six feet of headroom, a double-door hanging locker and additional along with a large double berth. A head is located just forward and can be accessed from the stateroom and from the outside passageway. The owner's cabin has a new custom mattress.

The owner's cabin is forward with an island queen, and a double-door hanging locker on one side, a vanity with storage on the other side, and a private head. One of most innovative features is the bathtub/shower which is located between the guest head and the owner's stateroom and which can be accessed from either side.

Deck and Hull

Nice, modern-looking hull design with large cockpit and flybridge. The bridge is fully enclosed with canvas and isinglass and the cockpit has a canvas bimini.

The cockpit is six feet deep, has a transom door and a wide swimstep. A very nice feature is that there is a door from the cockpit which provides access to the engine room without tearing up the salon floor. Sidedecks provide access to the foredeck which is large and flat. Even with a double sun lounger cushion and there is still lots of additional room.

The flybridge has lots of seating with a helm chair, two additional single seats, a double settee to port and a larger L-shaped settee to starboard. The bottom was last painted in December of 2003.

Engine and Mechanical

Economical six cylinder 175 hp twin US Marine Hino diesels with about 670 hours. These engines will use less than a gallon a mile at cruising speeds but can still move the boat nearly 20 knots.

Additional Comments

Includes Apex hard-bottom inflatable dinghy and 8 hp Suzuki outboard engine.
