1990 Catalina 42 Three cabin

The Catalina 42 MKI has earned an international reputation as the leader in her class, design, cruising performance, and comfort.  This three cabin layout with master pullman forward with ensuite head and stall shower is one of Catalina's most popular. With the upgraded elliptical rudder this Nelson Merrick offshore racing hull can accommodate a wide range of sailors worldwide  This classic  shows pride of ownership and is ready to cruise.

Three cabin model, each with a double berth. Spacious owners' cabin forward with custom mattress includes a private head with separate shower stall in forepeak. There is a large pullman berth to port with generous amounts of storage to both port and starboard with hanging lockers and drawers. The main salon has an L-shaped dinette with dual drop leaf table and a midship bench.  The galley runs outboard to starboard with 3 burner propane stove and top loading refrigeration with cold plate. Following aft on starboard is a guest head with vanity. Flanking the companionway are the two aft guest berths, each with 6' standing headroom and hanging lockers.

Stainless steel double rail bow and stern pulpits and handrails.  Anchor roller on bow, Maxwell horizontal electric windlass. New double stainless steel life lines with gates port and starboard, Walk through transom with swim ladder. New cockpit cushions, sail, dodger and helm covers. Hot and cold swim step shower.
