Accommodations
There is a bright and spacious raised salon forward of the aft master cabin and aft of the forward stateroom. In the salon is a lower helm and an up galley. The salon is carpeted with a quality white berber carpet. The white carpet and the white headliner accent the rich teak interior nicely. The furnishings and decorations contribute to a very pleasant ambiance. The galley is up and aft of the salon. The galley flooring is a handsome rubber flooring material. In the galley you will find a deep double stainless steel sink, a microwave oven built in, an electric stove/oven, a built in Norcold stand up refridgerator and freezer, and ample food and supply storage including a food pantry. There is a centerline queen bed in the master cabin aft. On either side of the bed is a large hanging locker and ample storage drawers. There is also a walk in closet and desk. The aft head is equipped with a vacuflush head and stall shower. In the forward stateroom there is a large vee berth, storage drawers, a hanging locker,and a private head and ensuite shower.

There is a VHF radio and compass at the lower helm along with the engine controls and instrumentation. On the bridge is another helm with engine controls and instrumentation. The flybridge helm is equipped with trim tabs, autopilot, gps, tridata, and radar. Both stations have an intercom. There is an AC electrical outlet near the flybridge helm.

Deck
"Pokey Pelican" is a sundeck trawler. The sundeck is protected by a stainless steel rail. The sundeck and flybridge are fitted with a quality snap on indoor outdoor carpet with sewn edges. The sundeck has a wet bar with a sink and an icemaker. There is a large round table with four chairs on the sundeck. There is a bimini cover on a stainless steel frame that extends over the sundeck.
On the foredeck is a manual Davit to launch the inflatable dingy. The dingy is mounted on a stainless steel mount and is covered by a custom canvas cover. There is a Maxwell electric windlass and a 46lb CQR with all chain ground tackle on the bow.
The flybridge is enclosed with a full bimini with side curtains. There are two helm seats and a L shaped seating arrangement. There is a large storage area under the helm to store deck gear.

Engines
The vessel is powered by twin Perkins turbo charged 240 HP diesels with Borg Warner velvet drive transmissions. The Westerbeke 8KW Genset is in a sound shield in the engine room. There are low hours on the engines and the gen set and the engine room shows pride of ownership. There is excellent access to all sides of the engines, shaft logs, generator, waste systems. 3 Racor fuel filters provide clean fuel to the engines and gen set. The engine room is equipped with Groco sea strainers and thru hull valves.
