'JUST REDUCED" Beautifully maintained. Many major upgrades to electrical system including 8 golf cart batteries, inverter and four isolated battery systems. Accomodations
Sleeps six, two each in forward cabin, mid-cabin and main salon. Owners stateroom is forward with full size offset berth, built-in seat, and both cabinet and hanging storage. A privacy curtain closes off to the salon. The enclosed head with shower is to port with Sealand Vac-U-Flush toilet system and holding tank with electric macerator and manual pumpouts. Further aft to port is a fully equipped galley. To starboard is a C-shaped convertible settee/dinette. Further aft and down one step is a mid-cabin area with a C-shaped settee for lounging that converts to a double berth and curtains off for privacy. Interior upholstery, carpeting, etc. are in excellent condition throughout.
Galley Equipment
Norcold AC/DC refrigerator/freezer, Kenyon two burner electric/alcohol stove, built-in Panasonic microwave, molded fiberglass sink.
Electronics and Navigation Gear
Furuno 24 mile radar, Garmin GPSmap 220 chart plotter, Furuno color video sounder, Standard Horizon Titan VHF, Floscan fuel meter, AM/FM cassette stereo and CD player with speakers throughout, Scentry gas vapor detector, engine synchronizer indicator, cellular phone antenna.
Electrical System
12 volt DC / 110 volt AC. A lot of time and money have been spent upgrading the electrical system. Heart Freedom 10 inverter with monitor, 8 golf cart and one group 27 batteries,(batteries were new in Dec 1999), Professional Mariner 40 amp automatic battery charger. The system is set up with four isolated battery systems (engine, house, inverter, electronics)and has an electronic battery monitoring system.
Deck and Hull Equipment
Bottom was painted in September of 1998. Very large cockpit with a fully raised helm to starboard and a triple wide back-to-back helm seat. Aft lower cockpit area has seating for four and an additional transom folddown bench seat for three. Out through transom door there is molded in integral swim platform giving easy access to the water or dock, fold down swim ladder Fiberglass radar arch, bimini, tonneau helm cover, full boat cover, and full canvas and isinglass cockpit enclosure, bait bag and pump, Weaver davits, cockpit flood light.
Additional Equipment
Twin inboard freshwater cooled Mercruiser 454s. Starboard engine has 900 hours, port engine has 200 hours. The engine was replaced in 1996 after a riser failure. At that time the other engine was overhauled and all risers were replaced. Risers and exhaust manifolds were replaced again in June of 2000 (preventative maintainance). LoFrans electric windlass with remote and foot switches, Bennett trim tabs with indicators, Floscan fuel meter, freshwater washdown, Halon auto fire system, remotely operated spotlight. Danforth anchors for bow and stern, six gallon Atwood water heater, two electric bilge pumps, Teleflex steering, Morse controls, Groco raw water strainers.
