"Magic Dragon" has been well maintained and is in excellent condition. The term "Turn Key" does not do justice to this superbly maintained and appointed sailing yacht. Accommodations and Layout

The forward stateroom features a queen size berth with a custom hinged innerspring mattress. In-suite head features Raritan electric head, vanity, medicine cabinet and separate shower with seat and custom door. Five bookshelves, large hanging locker and 10 drawers with additional seat and back storage complete the forward area.

The aft master stateroom features a queen size berth with a custom hinged innerspring mattress. Other features include a built-in TV set, two hanging lockers, vanity with mirrored door and seat, and ample locker and deep storage. Lighted compass above master berth. Access behind berth to steering and transom storage. In-suite head similar to forward head with sliding door to separate seated shower. Both Raritan electric heads operate with either fresh or salt water. Washer/dryer located in shower locker. The master stateroom also includes Glacier Bay air conditioning system and built-in combination lock safe.

The main salon features a wrap-around settee seating six with a folding, revolving table. Separate laptop computer center and two armed chairs with chart table. Built-in three level hanging chart rack with ample storage for boat and equipment manuals. Built-in TV, VCR and stereo CD player. Custom CD and VHS storage cabinets. Aft of the main salon is a separate large battery/tool room with sliding door. The interior is light ash with an ash & holly sole. Window coverings on all portholes and hatches. Berber wall to wall removable carpeting throughout. All lockers and storage areas are cedar lined.

Galley

The galley is located between the main salon and the aft stateroom on the starboard side. Features include a Force 10, three burner stove with oven that accommodates an over the top butcher block counter extension. In addition to the pressurized water throughout, there are manual fresh and salt water foot pumps to the centerline double stainless steel galley sink. Built-in Litton microwave oven. Top and front access Glacier Bay five cubic foot refrigerator (upgraded in 2003) with racks. Top access five cubic foot freezer with racks. New compressor in 2002. Wine glass rack and built-in refuse container. SeaGull IV drinking water purification system.
