Description
Clean, spacious boat with two cabin layout, radar, generator, GPS, video echo sounder, refrigeration, bimini/navy top and cockpit cover. Upholstery was done in 1998, very low generator hours, one new engine and fairly low hours on the other.

Accommodations
Private cabin forward with island berth and good storage including hanging locker. The salon has a settee which pulls out into a berth and a galley to port. To starboard there is a U-shaped dinette which converts to a double berth and a head with a shower. Further aft and to starboard and extending under the cockpit there is an additional large queen double berth. Four ports and two large overhead hatches create an open and airy feeling.
Galley
Origo 4300 two burner alcohol/electric stove, Norcold front-loading refrigerator/freezer, built-in Samsung microwave oven, built-in Hamilton Beach coffee maker, modern sink with hot/cold pressure water.

Electrical
12 volt DC system with two group 27 deep cycle batteries and a 35 amp Professional Mariner battery charger. 110 volt AC system with shore power cord and a 4 KW Kohler gereator with very low hours.
Deck and Hull
Full bimini/navy top and cockpit cover. Cockpit is all one level and has two raised helm seats forward (helm is on the starboard side) and two bench seats aft. Transom door to swimstep. Cockpit has washdown and swimstep has hot/cold shower, stainless steel grabrails and boarding ladder. There is also a sink with hot and cold water and a built-in icemaker (reported inoperable) in cockpit. Sidedecks provide access to large foredeck with siderails and bow pulpit.
Engine and Mechanical
Twin gas inboard 7.4L Mercruisers provide 340 hp each. Automatic halon fire extinguishing system, Bennett trim tabs, Simpson-Lawrence electric windlass. One engien was replaced in October of 1998.
Comments
This is a very clean, well-equipped boat with very little use. The one level interior is open and roomy. Upholstery was completely redone in August of 1998.
