1992 Catalina Tri-Cabin

This boat has a great three cabin layout. The owner's stateroom has a full-sized "pullman" style double berth to port and exceptional storage, including a hanging locker to starboard. The owner's cabin has a very large private head with shower all the way forward. The main salon has a large dinette to port and the galley to starboard, with the navigation table further aft to port and a second head to starboard. There are also two private cabins, one on each side of the companionway. Each has a double berth, an area where you can stand with the door closed, and a hanging locker. The interior is in good shape with a lot of teak, and teak and holly floors. Seven overhead hatches, ten opening ports, and six other ports throughout the boat provide plenty of ventilation and light.

Sansung microwave (new in May 0f 1999), double stainless steel sink with hot and cold pressure water, three burner Princess propane stove with oven, very large and accessible ice box.

Autohelm 4000 autopilot, Autohelm steering pod mounted guages including electronic Tridata readout, 12 mile Furuno radar, Micrologic GPS, Titan II VHF, $500 Sony CD/stereo with top of the line cabin and waterproof cockpit speakers new in May of 1999.

12 volt DC system. 110 volt AC system. Three 8D batteries new in May of 1999. Heart 2000 inverter/charger also new in May of 1999

Genoa with roller furling, full battened main with lazy jacks. All running rigging is run back to the cockpit. Two Lewmar 52 self-tailing two-speed primary winches, two Lewmar 40 self-tailing secondary winches. New sail covers and winch covers in May of 1999.

50 HP Yanmar engine was completely rebuilt and installed on September 2, 1999. PSS dripless shaft seal. Four coats of West Marine's CCP bottom paint in May of 1000. New propellor also in May. Stern, rail-mounted "perch" seats.

Achilles inflatable with 3 HP outboard, Maxwell windlass, three anchors. New cockpit cushions in May of 1999. Magma propane rail-mounted BBQ with fixed propane line from main tank, MOB pole and ring, level guages for both holding tanks.
