The Sellers are offering Fika, a world cruising 1995 Tayana 48 Cutter rigged Center Cockpit with sugar scoop transom for sale AS IS for $90,000. A 48 Tayana in this vintage can go for over twice this price. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get into one of these renown serious cruisers at a low cost and ready the boat for their own dream cruise or liveaboard. The interior is fresh and beautiful with new cushions, new refrigeration, new stove top, and teak floors and trim. Her Yanmar diesel has 5600 hours and runs strong but the transmission slips and needs to be repaired or replaced. The current owners have removed the Westerbeke gen set for bilge access. The gen set was functional when removed and could be re installed. The seller will deliver the gen set to the new buyer upon a completed sale of the boat. The present owners have been using the boat as a vacation home, constantly improving her. They are moving out of state and are passing on this opportunity to a new owner.

INTERIOR ACCOMODATIONS
OVERVIEW
Tayana interiors are truly amazing with their hand crafted teak interiors. Flooring throughout is teak and holly. Cabinets and drawers and ladders are all finished teak. The interior cushions are new and fresh, there is no old boat odor. The boat interior is clean and well kept. SS side opening ports with new screens and overhead hatches let in abundant light and fresh air. The interior is equipped with air conditioning and 12v fans. There is plenty of headroom and elbow room. Aft is the master stateroom with a centerline queen bed with a custom mattress. There is a private master head compartment with a sink and mirror, marine toilet, and a separate shower stall. The master cabin is built out with teak storage cabinets and drawers, hanging lockers, and a vanity with a teak trimmed mirror. Walking forward from the master is a walk thru with a galley to port with a stove top, air fryer, and icebox with refrigeration. To starboard is counter space, a double sink, a microwave. Beyond the salon is a second stateroom with a pullman berth to port and a a built in teak dresser to starboard. Forward is a private head compartment with a fresh water marine toilet, sink, cabinets, and separate shower stall.
