OverView

Catalina always stressed value in their offerings, and really defined the concept of a big 30 footer. Sleeping accommodations for seven adults, a walk-thru transom, enclosed head compartment and corian countertops make the boat convenient to use. Four opening ports and four deck hatches provide great ventilation.
Current owner bought her in July '07. His plans have changed, but you will see all items called-out in survey have been attended to. There was some pitting on the rudder shaft that could have been repaired, but a new rudder was installed instead. A new stainless steel engine exhaust tip was fitted. ALL thru-hulls have been re-fit in bronze.
An Achillies inflatable dinghy with a near-new 4-stoke Honda outboard motor is included in the asking price.
In Addition a 1973 Grumman Aluminum Step Van is included for storage purposes. This vessel sits in a Santa Barbara upwind slip that is available for transfer to the buyer. Call for a showing and to discuss how Athena can be your Santa Barbara getaway.
