1996 Windrider Trimaran

Fast, easy to sail, can be assembled in minutes with no tools, weighs about 250 pounds and will carry 500 pounds. Even with a passenger on the leeward trampoline the boat is stable and level. Weight capacity is 450 pounds. The single seat in the cockpit is not large enough to carry two adults comfortably (although an adult and a child can be carried) but the trampolines can carry up to two additional passengers.

Sail area is 93 square feet. Mast height is 20 feet from water line. The mast is self-supporting with no shrouds or stays.

The 1996 models are virtually identical to the 2000 models. The only major difference is a stronger mast step. I have a new mast step and conversion kit which will be included with the boat. Other changes are different ama pins, the addition of rudder stops, and a new slide fitting for the boom. All of these parts are also included with the boat.
