The Catalina 36 MKII has all the important characteristic that made the original Catalina the most popular 36 sail boat in the world. This model is the very spacious U-shaped dinette interior. Forward is the master stateroom that is well ventilated and has a private entrance to the head and shower on portside. Following is the dinette that converts into a comfortable double berth. Opposite are two seats and a table that can convert into a settee berth. The chart/nav. table are aft of the settee on starboard. The galley is a functional L-shape with composite counter tops and dbl sinks. To starboard is the large aft cabin with hanging lockers and abundant storage spaces. There are ample drawers, lockers, and bins throughout the vessel for all of your cruising gear and provisions. The interior is a warm durable varnished teak with opening ports and hatches for a very airy and well lighted cabin below.
