Occasionally we are lucky enough to list a truly exceptional sailboat... one that has been so well maintained and upgraded is such a manner that it is truly a pleasure to show her and find a new owner for her. This owner in 2011 did a complete Refit as well as and all New Electronics Build. In 2016 the owner has updated to all LED lighting, replaced both heads, added a complete fresh water filter system, new forward head shower sump, new bilge pumps, new 40 gal holding tank and new house AGM batteries located in a new battery compartment.

This vessel sleeps seven, two in the aft cabin, two in a forward double, two in a convertible settee/galley table and one in a straight settee. There are two heads and showers. The closets are cedar lined, navigation station and window treatments.

The vessel has a Full galley which is L shaped to Port with double stainless steel sinks, Princess gimbaled propane range & oven, Top and front loading refrigerator/freezer, Goldstar Microwave oven and lots of storage & counter space.
