Vessel Description
AE 28 delivers outstanding performance under sail. A fin keel and spade rudder providing exceptional maneuverability and stability, the Jib Boom brings off wind speed, this beautifully balanced boat sets the standard for the ideal day sailer or club racer.
"Currently, there are five active one design fleets for the AE28 throughout the country. The fleets range in size from 6 to 25 boats; with basic “main and jib only” rules there is no shortage of excitement and great sailing". (alerionyachts.com)
The basic functional main cabin has a settee to port. To starboard is a stainless steel sink with manual fresh water (bladder), a settee and a nav/chart station aft. A step on cooler is secured on mounts at the base of the companionway.
