 Popular motoryacht with twin Cummins 330 hp diesels w 151 original hours.  Two stateroom layout with two private heads.  Air conditioning and electric heaters, large opening windows, radar, fishfinder, auto pilot. Standout features include modern, roomy interior that sleeps 6-7, large tub in owners cabin, galley up, and lower and upper helm stations.

Owner has passed away and his family is selling the boat.  Family is looking to liquidate the vessel.

Enter the salon via a sliding door in the cockpit.  The salon is two levels.  The lower level has a converible dinette and table to port.  The dinette converts to a double berth.  To starboard on the lower level of the salon is an icemaker, storage cabinets, and an electrical panel.  Stepping up to the upper level of the salon is a raised fully equipped galley with teak and holley flooring to starboard. Noteable galley features include a double door fridge arrangement, double ss sink, a 3 burner Princess electric stove/oven, and an overhead built in microwave oven.  There is a built in blender adjacent to the sink.  Opposite the galley is a small dinette and table and a cabinet that houses a amfm cassete stereo, a CD changer, flat screen TV and DVD player.  Forward of the galley is a lower helm with full instrumentation, folding helm seat, and wheel.  There are windshield wipers on the forward windshield.

The interior is decorated in modern neutral colors and trimmed with light teak wood.  The carpet is tan, the upholstery is a tan ultra suede material, and the headliner is white.  The salon area is quite open with large opening windows.  Heating and cooling is provided via electric heaters in the salon and staterooms, and two air conditioning units, one in the salon, and one in the master stateroom.  There are blinds on the side and aft windows for privacy. 

Forward and down is a hallway that leads to the two private staterooms and two private heads.  The master stateroom is forward where there is a centerline walk around double berth.  Storage is provided via two hanging lockers on either side and ample storage drawers at the base of the bed.  Fresh air is accessed via an overhead opening hatch or two opening side ports.  There is an air conditioning control head that monitors and controls heating and cooling.  A rather spacious private head is aft of the master.  The master head features a large shower/tub.  Additionally there is a sink with a mirror, a marine manual toliet, and an opening hatch for fresh air.  To port and aft is a guest stateroom with a double athwartship berth, hanging locker, an opening side port for fresh air, and an electric heater.  The guest head is forward with double access, one door leads to the guest stateroom and the other door leads to the hallway.  The guest head has an ensuite shower, a marine manual toliet, sink and mirror.
