Accomodations

Full galley to port, navigation station to starboard with electrical panels and seat. Aft berth king size; storage and hanging locker, access hatch to cockpit. Satin finish teak interior, teak and holly cabin sole. Walk thru transom and swim ladder.

Galley Equipment

Full galley port aft of salon with 2 burner propane stove/oven, microwave oven, cockpit rail mounted gas bar-b-q, 12 vdc Adler/Barbor freezer/refer with pump out, large dry storage with drain, corian counter top with 2 ss sinks. Good storage. Hot and cold pressure fresh water. Electric and engine heated hot water. Activated charcoal filter on system. 3 freshwater tanks with manifold. Accumulator on water system reduces pump cycling. 2 shore water inlet regulators aft at transom and forward in anchor locker. Freshwater washdown faucet in anchor locker.

Electronics and Navigation Gear

16 mile radar interfaced with Autohelm fully integrated system (nmea0183-seatalk); speed, depth, wind point/speed, GPS and ST4000plus autopilot at wheel. Horizon VHF radio, Jensen CD stereo with speakers in cabin and cockpit. 13" TV/VCR in entertainment center.

Electrical System

1750 watt 115 vac inverter with auto transfer relay and remote control, 115 vac 30 amp shore power. All 115vac outlets gfi protected. 25 amp battery charger. 2-4d (160 amphour) batteries, 4-gc2 golfcart (225amphour) batteries, wiring protected with 300 amp fuses. 1-type 27 (105amphour) engine start battery with 400 amp fuse. Parallel and isolation switches. 51 amp alternator, battery charging isolator rated 130 amp with remote sensing. System current metering shows charge and discharge status. Digital voltmeter. Alternator charging wiring upgraded to 130 amp capacity. 12 vdc outlets at navigation station and in TV center.

Sails and Rigging

Shaefer 2100 roller furling 135% genoa with UV cover. Furling line clutch. Inboard and outboard genoa tracks. Adjustable low profile genoa sheet blocks with 4:1 tackle and bungees. Main with single line reefing and dutchman flaking system. 1.2 oz 135% drifter with wire luff. 6:1 main traveler with control lines led to cockpit cam cleats. 2 Lewmar 30cst halyard winches, 2 Lewmar 44cst primary sheet winches. All primary control lines to clutches aft. Mast base blocks fitted with stand up springs to prevent fouled halyards. Rigid vang with upgraded 21:1 tackle. 2 jib halyards. Rigged for asymetrical spinaker, 3/8 halyard at mast with Harken 3" block, foot block with 3/8 tackline, 5/16 sheets, turning blocks etc. Double ended main sheet. Maxwell 800 rope/chain electric windlass, up and down power switches. 44 lb "Bruce type" primary anchor with 135 feet of 5/16 chain and 320 feet of 5/8 nylon. Rode marked every 30 feet. 22 lb Danforth type on mount in stern pulpit with fairlead roller over transom, 25 feet of 5/16 chain and 275 feet of = nylon rode marked every 30 feet. Stern lockers open into cockpit. 5" Ritchie compass. 40" ss destroyer type wheel.

Deck and Hull Equipment

1995 Quicksilver 300 (10ft) dingy w/hard floor. 1995 Mercury 5 hp o/b. Raycor lg-100 fuel vapor separator prevents overboard fuel discharge thru vent. 3 blade bronze prop. Engine freshwater cooled. Teak cockpit leaf table. Stern rail seats. Fold down swim ladder, hot and cold shower at swim step. Manual and 5 year 2000 gph electric bilge pumps. 18 gal holding tank with pumpout and macerator. Coast Guard safety package. Electric horn in cockpit. Dock lines, 6-8x20 fenders. 3 flag halyards rigged, radar reflector on port spreader halyard. Passed Coast Guard auxilliary safety inspection August of 1998.
