Description
This is a loaded Hunter Passage 45 Center cockpit-Cutter. She has been sailed all thru the South Pacific, the east, Central America and Mexico and is equipped for world cruising. She has proven herself as a "go anywhere boat". She was in Curacao-Dutch Caribbean. She was in Ensenada, Mexico for new bottom paint and wax. She is back in her home in Long Beach. Owner spent a lot of money and time at Baja Naval to get her in top shape. She is turn key and has a lot of new gear. Call to see this great world cruiser.

This Hunter Passage 450 is ready to sail around the world with all of the right equipment for long term cruising/live aboard and has been kept in excellent condition inside and out by her owners and professional shipwrights to the highest standard of safety, function and comfort.
She sailed from Long Beach, Ca. to Mexico, the South pacific Islands, New Zealand, Australia, Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, Egypt, Turkey, The Mediterranean, Gibraltar, The Lesser Antilles, Dutch Antilles and is currently in Long Beach, Calif.
Completely self sufficient for weeks or months off the grid, she makes her own water, electricity, and has a large refrigerator and freezer. The cockpit enclosure was designed to provide as much shade, sun and wind as the crew desires.
All lines lead back to the cockpit where the power winch and "Leisurefurl" boom furler make it incredibly easy to set sail and reef quickly from the safety of the cockpit. The modern hull, max prop, and fresh sails make her sea kindly and fast. The interior has one of the most spacious and well designed floor plans in the industry.
