1998 Pacific Seacraft 40

The Pacific Seacraft 40 is the flagship boat from a top-ten American manufacturer.  The design is Crealock at his best.  The original owners ordered her with custom touches and supervised during construction in partnership with William Crealock himself.  A photo album documents the build process from the mold to rig tuning.  All service records are available. "Tiyoweh" is being offered for sale because the seller's plans have changed and they feel the vessel would be wasted if not cruised as they had intended. The boat is stunning, and needs only provisioning to make her ready for sea. This is the deep-keel version.

Belowdecks, Tiyoweh is spectacular.  True craftmanship is evident in the fit and finish of all cabinetry and joinery. The warmth created by the combination of wood, fabric and light is palpable and welcoming. A proper Galley opens up to the comfortable Salon and functional Nav Station.  The forward cabin offers exceptional changing room and storage. The aft-quarter stateroom is large and comfortable by any standard.  A separate enclosed shower in the head compartment makes showering convenient.
