Description
The Pacific Seacraft 34 is designed to deliver high performance without sacrificing comfort or seaworthiness. She is heavy enough to carry stores for an extended passage and light enough to be fast. Owners report sailing speeds of seven knots in twelve knots of wind.

Accommodations and Layout
As you enter from the companionway, the well laid out galley is to port and the nav station is to starboard and aft is the 7'7" long by 34" wide quarter berth. Going forward is the spacious warm salon area with port and starboard 6'6" settees providing excellent sea berths, the port settee converts easily into a double berth. The port settee is also the dinette area with teak double drop leaf table with center storage and stainless steel handholds at each end and acts as a permanent leeboard for the port berth. Forward of the bulkhead to starboard are two hanging lockers with louvered doors and directly across to the port side is the head compartment, the ammenities include storage lockers above and below the counter with stainless steel sink and hot & cold pressure water. There is also a teak shower grate. Going forward of the second bulkhead is the 6'6" long by 71" wide double "V" berth with teak shelves and fiberglass planking on both sides. Teak ceilings above shelves. There is a filler to convert the "V" berths into a sizeable double berth.

Galley
- The galley has generous storage in cabinets and drawers. Corian counter top. Built in waste basket with wood block cutting board lid.
The galley is equipped with:
- 1) Stainless steel Force 10 two burner propane stove with oven.
- 2) Top loading six cubic foot cold box with hinged lid and 12v Adler Barbour refrigeration.
- 3) Polished stainless steel double sink with hot and cold pressure water plus foot pump.
- 5) SeaGull water purification system.
Electronics & Navigation
- 1) Brooks & Gatehouse Autopilot P.L.D. 1 (Control on POD).
- 2) Raytheon SL 72 radar.
- 3)Pedestal mounted Ritchie SP-5 compass.
- 4) Icom VHF radio.
- 5) Garmin G.P. S. Map 2250.
- 6) Brooks & Gatehouse instruments as follows: wind point/speed, knot meter with log, depth with alarm, sea temp, boat DC voltage are on the pod at the wheel.
- NOTE: Brooks & Gatehouse repeaters of all functions at the nav station.
- 7) Kenwood AM/FM cassette stereo with 10 disc. CD.
Electrical
The twelve volt system is made up of Freedom 10-50 amp battery charger with A/C inverter connected to 30 amp shore power and operated off of two 180 amp/house 12 volt battery banks.
Sails and Rigging
Aluminum mast and boom finished with two part linear polyurethene paint. Six sheave masthead, external halyards and airfoil spreaders. Combination bow/foredeck light on mast as well as anchor light on masthead. Stainless steel 1x19 standing rigging. Dacron running rigging.
- 1) Three Sails: 1. Dacron main w/2 reefing points. 2. 130% Genoa 3. Staysail.
- 2) Winches: Two Harken #42 self tailing, two speed primary winches, and One Harken #16 self tailing mainsheet winch and two Harken #16 self tailing jib & main halyard winches.
- 3) Harken main traveller.
- 4) Harken Roller furling head sail and staysail.
- 5) Manual boom vang.
- 6) Line clutches.
- 7) All lines are led aft.
Engine and Mechanical
- Yanmar 3JH3E, three cylinder, 38hp, fwc diesel engine.
- 1) Mechanical fuel pump with electric backup.
- 2) Racor fuel filter with water seperator.
- 3) Hot water tank/heater.
- 4) Full engine instrumentation.
- 5) Engine temperature and oil alarm.
- 6) New MAX prop.
