The 45 Dufour Classic is a striking, eye catching sailboat. With beautiful lines, deep draft, and a low profile, she is fast, comfortable, and performs very well on all points of sail. The Dufour 45 is designed with wide side decks, an ergonomic cockpit, and carefully selected high qualitiy deck fittings and rigging.

The interior is functionally layed out for offshore use and comfort. She is a 3 cabin design with a spacious master stateroom forward and two private cabins aft. The interior is trimmed in stunning light mahogany with a satin finish, a visual effect that grabs you when you enter the salon.

This is one of the only Dufour 45s available in the USA and you will not be disappointed. This vessel has been meticulously maintained since new by the original owner and shows like a new vessel. This boat was ordered new with the performance package, which was a substantial equipment upgrade over the stock boat. "Serenade" is a three stateroom layout with a beautifully appointed private master stateroom and private head/ensuite shower, situated forward. Aft of the salon are two identical double berth staterooms port and starboard. The aft head in the salon services both aft staterooms and salon area. There is a separate shower stall in the aft head. The interior is bright and well ventilated due in part to the overhead 12v lighting and 12v lighting fixtures throughout the vessel as well as overhead opening hatches with solor vents and side opening ports.

The interior is trimmed in stunning mahogany with a satin finish, contrasting the white headliner and mahogany hand rails overhead. From the mahogany hand rails to the trimmed out hull sides, the fit and finish of the interior is top notch. When you enter the salon you notice the striking beauty of the light wood immediatly. Flooring surfaces are teak and holly.

There is a full service galley to port with corian countertops. Working counterspace in the galley is generous. Facing the galley there is a gimballed 3 buner Force 10 stove/oven in the center. It is flanked by a toploading insulated icebox with 12v refrigeration to the left and a double stainless sink with hot and cold pressure water to the right. There is an additional manual salt water fixture mounted next to the sink.

In the salon to starboard is a large dinette with an additional bench seat. Storage prevails thoughout the hull sides via cabinets and shelving, and under the seating areas. Aft of the dinette there is a sitdown nav station with an electrical panel, chart table with storage, shelving, and a wet locker.
