2003 Catalina 270

This is an exceptionally clean boat. The owners have bought a larger boat and are very motivated to sell this well maintained and highly upgraded Catalina 270. A nice factor is that it was originally located on a freshwater lake in Mississippi. This boat moved to California in 2020 and shows much newer and appealing than other 270s out on the market.

It has a spacious interior with built in air conditioning from the factory. The equipment and the structure are in great shape and in turnkey condition. Clean top deck that is in great condition.

Anti-fouling paint in summer of 2023. The owners have the Catalina manufacturer manual, Yanmar Engine manual and the electronic equipment manuals. The Raymarine navigation screen on cockpit binnacle can be selected to be a split screen to accommodate navigation and entertainment controls simultaneously.

The boat sails very easily in light winds and in heavier. Good for both the casual cruising sailor as well as the more adventurous. The Bimini tops make it great in the cockpit.

The built-in zoned air conditioning is something you don’t normally see in a boat this size. Which with the air conditioning will make the interior a great escape for those hot and humid days and nights. In addition to the air conditioning. Each of the windows has shades to aid in keeping the heat out. As well as provide privacy for the interior. A lot of nice features in this spacious and efficiently designed get away sailboat.
