Description
"17 North" is a beautiful example of the down-east style popular with families looking for a fast, fun and stable express cruiser. The plumb bow and reverse stern lines combine with the Stars and Stripes Blue hull to create a head-turning package that cruises at 18 Knots with generous cockpit seating and refinements that speak of quality. Vessel Walkthrough
Large Aft deck with a transom door arrangement that opens to provide great access to water toys and dinghy boarding. The pilothouse is separated from the deck by a canvas and Strataglass enclosure. Under the hard-top to Stbd is the galley and helm. To Port is storage, the Dinette, and the co-pilot seating. Down through the two-step companionway is a comfortable V-berth sleeping and separate head/shower compartment.
Two zone reverse air/heat system with controls for forward compartment and inside deck area. The ships lighting uses dimming fixtures. There is a decommissioned Espar Diesel Heater that can be easily re-commissioned.
Wide side decks and roof-top hand holds allow easy passage from cockpit to fore-deck, where you can enjoy the view at anchor.
