2004 Catalina 350

Beginning forward is the Master cabin with large centerline berth, 5-drawer drawer bank below and hanging lockers to port and starboard. Forward to port is the head & shower compartment, with separate door from the forward cabin and another from the salon. Across from the head compartment is a hanging locker, followed by a convertible bench settee that can be a full length settee, or the middle section comes up to be a table. Next aft is the C-shaped galley. Across to port is a bench settee and dinette, which also has a smaller table that may be substituted for the larger table. Both port & starboard settees covert to berths. At the aft end, to port, is the chart table and TV/DVD player. Next aft is the guest cabin with athwartship queen berth, hanging locker and storage. The Catalina 350 hull is one piece solid laminate FRP construction, with a solid lead keel and spade rudder. The deck is also single piece FRP construction that utilizes double scored end grain balsa coring for weight savings and stiffness, and in areas of high load and deck hardware, it is solid FRP construction. Deck hardware is drilled and tapped into laminated plates, or it is thru-bolted. The hull-to-deck marriage is a hatbox-style, protected with an aluminum rubrail with vinyl insert. Cockpit Storage is incredible, with a huge starboard side locker, port & starboard lockers adjacent to the helm seat and port & starboard LPG tank lockers.

The Catalina 350 has a clear anodized aluminum double spreader masthead rig with in-column spreaders. Standing rigging is 1x19 s/s wire rope, running rigging is braded Dacron with ultra-low stretch halyards. Most all sail control lies return to the cockpit to sheet stoppers and two-speed self-tailing winches. The mainsail is fine tuned by way of the Garhauer rigid boom vang and Garhauer adjustable mainsheet traveler.
