Description

Barring any unknown deficiencies that may come up in marine surveys, this boat appears to be in BRISTOL CONDITION!

This award winning model by Hunter Marine has all of the right equipment, much of it new and barely broken in. This boat appears to be in BRISTOL cosmetic condition! All she needs is a new owner who is prepared to untie the dock lines and "discover what beauty and adventure lies over the next horizon......."

Cent’ Anni is one of the most spacious 36 Hunters ever produced. Borrowing heavily from the ideas of Hunter owners, dealers, and prospective customers, the popular 36 represents the end collaboration of enthusiast feedback, brought to life by the hands and minds of Hunter engineers. The 12' beam is carried well aft to provide enormous room and spaciousness throughout as well as provide a stable sailing platform. The sail locker can handle the sails and a roll up dinghy and still have room. An enormous cockpit allows day sailing for 6 and dockside entertaining for 8(+). Fold-up tables allow dining in the cockpit and salon. An extra-large Bimni/dodger protects the cockpit from the elements, but allows 6'5" headroom. The interior is light and airy, comfortably sleeps 7 and is in pristine condition with Blue/Beige fabric upholstery, teak and holly sole and gorgeous like-new teak throughout.

This boat is loaded with equipment and gear, much of it new in the last 2 years including: New main sail, New asymmetrical spinnaker, New roller furling, New canvas including dodger with Makrolon  windows, New Raymarine Radar/chartplotter/AIS, New Spectra watermaker, New solar panels. New upholstery, New running rigging, New Magnum Inverter, Air/heat and the list goes on and on and on.

If you want an all most turn key boat to get you out on the water "sailing" and not "fixing" dockside then this is your boat!

Manufacturer Provided Description

Whether you are ready to set sail for the islands or just around the buoys, the Hunter 36 can really make a difference. Starting with the tall, fractional rig, which is a direct descendant of the B&R rig that powered Hunter's Child to a second place finish in the recent BOC, Hunter has engineered the mast to carry less weight aloft with smaller sections. This is accomplished by utilizing swept-back spreaders and reverse diagonals as well as mast support struts. This combination provides superior strength without a back stay and increases the stability at the same time. By using a large roach main as the power sail, Hunter has eased the effort in sail handling and allowed for real versatility for all wind and sea conditions. The deck layout reflects the innovation that accompanies the rig. An integrated arch protects the cockpit from snapping main sheets and blistering sun with the optional bimini. This arch keeps the cockpit clear and open. A custom console stands ready with the standard VHF and instruments. Single lever control and fold down table along with engine instrumentation complete the command station. The swim platform and walk through transom complete with shower and folding ladder are perfect for water sports or for boarding the tender. Storage is everywhere you look and the non-skid is absolutely first-rate.

Accommodations

Boarding through the walk-through transom, you are in a spacious cockpit with seats long enough to take a nap. The cockpit easily accommodates 6 for sailing and 8 for cocktails. The arch gives you 6' 4" headroom under the new bimini top and the new custom dodger gives you excellent visibility. Stepping down the nicely spaced steps you enter a roomy salon with 6' 5" headroom that features an abundance of natural light and ventilation with beautiful teak woodwork that is in near Bristol condition. The owner’s stateroom is starboard and aft with a queen size athwart ships bed with a padded headboard and overhead opening hatch to the cockpit to provide fresh air and natural lighting. There is a hanging locker and ample storage. The galley is directly forward of the aft cabin and has extensive counter space, a propane stove and oven, double SS sinks and ample storage. Immediately to the port is a roomy head compartment with a separate shower stall which has a door, not a curtain and a electric, freshwater head (No head odor on this boat). Next forward and to port is the large chart table with the electronics with a full size settee that sleeps one. To the starboard is a large dinette with U-shaped seating. The table can be dropped to sleep two. Forward is the guest cabin with a 6' 6" V-berth. The large overhead hatch provides lighting and ventilation.
